The Philosophy of Liberty - The Why!

Welcome to The Global Republic

In 1776, the Founders of America defied Britain’s Colonization Empire to birth liberty. Today, amid elite tyranny and debt, We the People can restore the 1787 Organic Constitution via Article V Convention—empowered by blockchain, DAOs, & gold-backed Digital Treasury Dollars. This trustless system automates government, revives liberties & freedoms, saves trillions, & invites global voluntary adoption. Jefferson: “I hope we shall crush… the aristocracy of our monied corporations.” Overcome naysayers—as Founders did impossible odds. Sign the Petition By Clicking Below Now.

About the Vision

Historical slight of hands by Politicians has altered the course of the Constitutional Republic our Founding Fathers set in motion. One example is the original 1835 Michigan Constitution at Art 1 Sec 21 is clear: “All acts of the legislature contrary to this or any other article of this Constitution shall be void”. Very simple and easy to understand & read. Not confusing at all.  This rendered the Michigan Legislature without power to make changes to “this” original 1835 Michigan Constitution. The Michigan Legislature caused for a Constitutional Convention to change 3 “OTHER” topics and after that passed, this section that forbid them from MOST ALL legislative acts just disappeared despite not disclosing or making public this change was also being made to the original Constitution. Sine then, Michigan has passed literally millions of laws “contrary to the 1835 Constitution” that forbid this from happening. New York is the same as we believe most all states & the Federal government have all had similar “slight of hand” changes despite the organic Constitutions forbidding any such acts of the legislature.

In light of these slight of hands actions of the Legislature, “Restoring the Organic 1787 Constitution” Restores these governmental limitations, reviving limited government: In addition to Restoring the original 1787 Constitution, modern technology can further the Founding Father’s vision in “Colonizing Liberty” thus preserving We the People’s rights and property by: enabling Blockchain audits, DAOs automate agencies (70-90% bureaucracy cut), gold-backed Digital Treasury Dollars end inflation, vote-outs prune laws, district-based Electoral College to balance voices, instant claims hold officials accountable. Saves $1-2T yearly from $6.8T budget; 20-30% tax cuts. Modular education on Founders ensures vigilance. Current: $35T debt vs. Madison (Federalist No. 62): “Laws so voluminous… they cannot be read.” Model exportable globally: Adopt locally for “colonizing liberty” without force.

Our Mission

The Global Peoples Republic is dedicated to establishing a world where individual freedom is paramount. Through privacy-protected governance, we aim to create a society that values autonomy and transparency. Our mission is to empower citizens by providing a secure platform that respects their privacy while enabling active participation in governance. We believe in a future where everyone can freely express themselves and engage in decision-making processes without compromising their personal information.

Founders' Warnings: Echoes in Today's Crisis

FOUNDERS PREDICTED PERILS OF A PURE DEMOCRACY; CONTRAST WITH TODAY
Founders predicted perils; contrast with today:
Banking and Central Banks
Jefferson: “Banking institutions are more dangerous… than standing armies.” Madison: “History records that the money changers have used every form of abuse… to con their way into our lives.” Franklin: “The colonies would gladly have borne the little tax on tea… had it not been the detestable purpose of… establishing arbitrary power.”
Current: Fed’s fiat inflates $35T debt. Vs. Warnings: Restore gold-backed money to end “debt slavery.”
Government Restraints and Limitations
Henry: “The Constitution… is an instrument for the people to restrain the government.” Washington: “Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.” Madison (Federalist No. 47): “Accumulation of all powers… is tyranny.”
Current: 4,000+ agencies, $6.8T spending. Vs. Warnings: Automation/vote-outs enforce limits.
Private Corporations and Lobbying Influences
Jefferson: “Crush… the aristocracy of our monied corporations.” Adams: “We have no Americans in America. The Federalists are aristocrats.” Madison (Federalist No. 10): “Instability… from public councils… mortal diseases of popular governments.”
Current: $4B lobbying, $700B bailouts. Vs. Warnings: Transparency/safeguards end elite capture.
Titles of Nobility
Constitution (Art. I, Sec. 9): “No Title of Nobility… no Emolument… from any King, Prince, or foreign State.” Franklin: “There is scarce a king in a hundred who would not… show himself above the laws.” Hamilton (Federalist No. 22): “Republics… afford too easy an inlet to foreign corruption.”
Current: Emoluments scandals (e.g., foreign deals). Vs. Warnings: Strict bans preserve integrity.
No Usury
Jefferson (1779 Bill): Limited rates to 5%, with “double forfeiture.” Franklin: “He that goes a borrowing goes a sorrowing.”
Current: $1T credit debt at 20%+ rates. Vs. Warnings: Approved fees cap exploitation.
Electoral Safeguards
Hamilton (Fed. No. 68): “Nothing was more to be desired than that every practicable obstacle should be opposed to cabal, intrigue, and corruption.” Madison (Fed. No. 10): “Pure democracy… incompatible with personal security.”
Current: Winner-take-all lets cities dominate states. Vs. Warnings: District-based EC with turnout revives balance, demanding new candidates on low participation.
Despite crises, We prevail—as Founders overcame British opposition in 1776.

How We the People Can Make This Happen?

Naysayers say impossible—elite opposition, inertia. But 1776 proved otherwise: “We must hang together or… hang separately” (Franklin). With digital tools:

  • Join Alliance: Updates, education modules.
  • Petition States: 15 more for 34 Article V applications (19 done).
  • Local Pilots: Initiative states (e.g., Arizona).
  • Engage Voters: 50% turnout mandates ensure voice—low turnout forces new candidates, motivating participation like Founders’ deliberative ideal.
  • Overcome Doubts: Blockchain for transparency.
  • Global Share: Open-source for adoption.

Madison (Federalist No. 85): “System… rescued by… amendment.” Force the Convention—history on our side.

Key Requirements to Get Started and Build Support

  • State Resolutions: The core tool—formal resolutions passed by state legislatures applying for the convention. These outline the topic (e.g., fiscal restraints, digital governance reforms). 19 states have passed similar resolutions; SEE RESOLUTION BELOW TO START IN YOUR STATE!
    • How to Enact: Citizens lobby legislators via emails, calls, or testimony at hearings. Model resolutions (SEE BELOW) can be customized and introduced by sympathetic lawmakers.
  • Petitions: Grassroots petitions (SEE PETITION & CREATE YOUR OWN STATE PETITION FROM THE PETITION LINKED HEREIN) drive public pressure. Collect signatures (physical or online via sites like Change.org or custom forms) to show demand—aim for 1M+ nationally. Submit to state reps to sponsor resolutions.
    • Impact: Petitions build awareness; e.g., Convention of States has millions of signers, leading to legislative wins.

Revived Liberties

Economic Liberties (Freedom from Financial Tyranny)

  • Sound Money and Freedom from Inflation/Debt Slavery: Revives the gold standard via Digital Treasury Dollar (issued by Treasury), eliminating the Federal Reserve’s fiat manipulation. Citizens regain control over purchasing power, as Jefferson warned banks are “more dangerous than standing armies.” Digital ledgers ensure transparent issuance, preventing hidden devaluation.

  • Protection from Usury and Predatory Finance: Bans usurious interest; only low, citizen-approved service fees (e.g., 0.01%) via referenda. This revives liberty to pursue prosperity without elite exploitation, aligning with Hamilton’s advocacy for stable credit.

  • Right to Citizen Investment without Government Expropriation: Citizens own tokenized assets in public programs (e.g., infrastructure), with smart contracts ensuring returns—reviving property rights free from arbitrary takings.

Political Liberties (Empowerment and Oversight)

  • Direct Influence via Vote-Outs and Turnout Mandates: Citizens can repeal non-essential, duplicate, or multi-issue laws (e.g., omnibus bills) with 50% turnout (abstention as veto), reviving the right to check legislative overreach per Anti-Federalist demands for reserved powers.

  • Claims Processes for Official Accountability: Instant, portable app/DAO filings against officials for oath violations, with prioritized investigations—reviving the liberty to hold power accountable, as in Amendment XVI, ensuring “government of laws, not men” (John Adams).

  • Republican Filters on Direct Voting: Volunteer conveners review tallies, reviving deliberative governance to avoid “democratic turbulence” (Federalist No. 10), while empowering people without mob rule. Ie: Congress returns to Part-time volunteers insuring the People’s Voice while saving billions from current Congressional obvious corruption/fraud/abuse/theft of public funds.

Personal and Privacy Liberties (Security from Intrusion)

  • Enhanced Privacy and Data Sovereignty: Zk-proofs and decentralized storage protect communications/transactions from unwarranted access, reviving 4th Amendment securities against searches—now extended to digital realms, countering modern surveillance.

  • Freedom from Cruel/Excessive Punishments and Corporate Influence: Prohibits punishments serving elites; blockchain transparency exposes abuses, reviving 8th Amendment protections in a trustless system.

  • Self-Determination and Peaceful Society: Voluntary, non-violent resolution via institutions, reviving Declaration’s “life, liberty, pursuit of happiness” without coercion.

Social and Educational Liberties (Knowledge and Vigilance)

  • Right to Civic Education: Modular 10-20 min sessions on Organic Constitution, Founders’ intent (Federalist/Anti-Federalist), and claims processes—reviving informed citizenship to prevent pitfalls like Michigan’s 1850 changes, institutionalizing vigilance.

  • Freedom of Expression/Assembly in Digital Spaces: Blockchain-protected speech/assembly, reviving 1st Amendment without censorship, extended to online platforms.

Additional Benefits and Advantages Preserved or RetainedFinancial and Economic Benefits

  • Massive Taxpayer Savings: Agency automation (e.g., DAOs for SSA/CMS) could save $1-2T annually from $6.8T FY2025 budget, reducing taxes by 20-30% and reallocating to debt relief or citizen dividends.

  • Fraud and Waste Elimination: Trustless code cuts corruption (e.g., $100B+ annual welfare fraud reduced to near-zero via smart contracts), preserving resources for essential services. Ie: Congress returns to Part-time volunteers insuring the People’s Voice while saving billions from current Congressional obvious corruption/fraud/abuse/theft of public funds.

  • Economic Stability: Gold-backed Digital Treasury Dollar ends inflation volatility, preserving wealth and encouraging innovation without boom-bust cycles.

Governance and Security Advantages

  • Transparency and Anti-Corruption: Public blockchains audit all actions, preserving integrity against elite capture (e.g., $4B lobbying waste exposed).

  • Enhanced Security: Immutable ledgers/zk-proofs secure data/votes, preserving against hacks/manipulation—e.g., election integrity without central vulnerabilities. Ie: Congress returns to Part-time volunteers insuring the People’s Voice while saving billions from current Congressional obvious corruption/fraud/abuse/theft of public funds.

  • Minimal Intervention: Digitization slashes bureaucracy (70-90% admin roles automated), preserving individual autonomy from overreach.

Social and Global Advantages

    • Empowered Communities: Reserved state powers preserved, with digital tools enabling local adaptations—fostering self-reliance.

    • Global Liberty Beacon Without Force: Open-source model for voluntary planetary adoption, preserving U.S. sovereignty while inviting others to “colonize liberty” without force.

    • Inclusivity and Education: Multilingual/offline access preserves equal participation; vigilance education prevents future erosions.

Resolution to Call an Article V Convention to Restore the Organic Republic w/ Digital Innovations

    WHEREAS, the Organic Constitution of 1787 establishes a limited federal republic to secure liberties, as Madison articulated in Federalist No. 51 through checks and balances via “ambition countering ambition,” and Anti-Federalists warned against centralized tyranny leading to elite dominion;

    WHEREAS, deviations such as fiat currency, unchecked agencies, and sovereign overreach in contracts have eroded this framework, contrary to Hamilton’s advocacy for sound, specie-backed money and Jefferson’s opposition to central banks as engines of corruption;

    WHEREAS, Article V empowers states to propose amendments bypassing Congress, as Hamilton affirmed in Federalist No. 85 for correcting defects while preserving the republic’s federal nature (Federalist No. 39);

    WHEREAS, modern trustless technologies like blockchain can restore the Organic Constitution by embedding digital ledgers for audits (e.g., public blockchain for all federal actions), eliminating non-essential agencies through automation (e.g., DAOs for entitlements), and incorporating republican filters (e.g., volunteer conveners reviewing vote tallies, Ie: Congress returns to Part-time volunteers insuring the People’s Voice while saving billions from current Congressional obvious corruption/fraud/abuse/theft of public funds.) to avoid the “turbulence” Madison criticized in democracies (Federalist No. 10);

    WHEREAS, this restoration prioritizes the United States first, then invites global participation voluntarily to “colonize liberty” for all peoples through exportable models, without purchase, conquest, domination, or financial constraints;

BE IT RESOLVED, that [State Legislature/Restore the Organic Republic Alliance] applies to Congress for a Convention of States limited to proposing amendments that:

Restore the gold standard via a Digital Treasury Dollar (issued by Treasury), eliminating the Federal Reserve and prohibiting usury beyond citizen-approved service fees.

Embed decentralized, trustless digital networks for governance, automating audits and eliminating non-essential agencies while preserving liberties through republican safeguards (e.g., conveners reviewing tallies with 50% turnout mandates—low turnout demanding new candidates—and vote-outs for duplicative or multi-issue laws; restored Electoral College with odd-numbered Districts to prevent urban dominance).

Require government, when contracting with its people or others, to clearly declare and confirm it acts via corporate powers alone, eliminating governmental powers for enforcement and relying solely on contract law.

Affirm the restored Republic as a sovereign federal system (per Federalist No. 39), mitigating regulatory risks (e.g., SEC hurdles) through zero-knowledge compliance, and inviting international adoption as a model for liberty without force.

This resolution invokes the Founders’ intent for a sovereign people to reclaim governance through innovation, ensuring minimal intervention, transparency, and freedom as a beacon for the world.

    Proposed Global Republic Constitution

This concise draft restores the 1787 Organic Constitution via Article V amendments: Embeds digital ledgers/audits for agency automation (per Federalist No. 51), republican filters (conveners per Federalist No. 10), gold standard/Fed elimination, contract clarifications, 50% turnout/vote-outs, anti-usury, privacy/safeguards (zk-proofs, offline options, AI fact-checks, super-majorities). Adds civic education (modular 10-20 min sessions on Organic Constitution, Founders’ intent, Federalist/Anti-Federalist Papers, Convention cause, digital governance, and claims processes). Expands claims for officials’ violations: Instant digital access for filings, prioritized investigations. Amplifies global vision: U.S. priority, but exportable for planetary adoption/trust/application locally, without force.

    Preamble

We, the People of the United States, restore the 1787 Organic Constitution, free from elite tyranny, establishing the Digital Organic Republic for liberty through representative governance, rejecting pure democracy’s risks (Federalist Papers). This model invites voluntary global adoption for all peoples to apply locally.

    Article I: Legislative

    • Structure/Powers: Bicameral Congress; powers limited to rights security, digital infrastructure, commerce, gold-backed Digital Treasury Dollar (issued by Treasury, eliminating Fed), defense, welfare—without corporate favoritism.

    • Representation: House (2-year terms, 25+ age, 3-year citizen); Senate (6-year, 30+ age, 5-year citizen). Part-time conveners (stipends, 3-year terms) review citizen votes for compliance. Ie: Congress returns to Part-time volunteers insuring the People’s Voice while saving billions from current Congressional obvious corruption/fraud/abuse/theft of public funds.

    • Limits: Laws need majority; citizen votes (via blockchain, multilingual/offline) require 50% turnout (abstention=veto); vote-outs for duplicates/multi-issue laws need 60% super-majority post-review. For congressional elections, apply district-based allocation with odd-numbered Districts per State; low turnout demands re-elections with new candidates. AI fact-checks provide briefs. All on public blockchain.

    Article II: Executive Branch

    Section 1: Structure
The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the Global Republic, chosen every fourth Year by an Electoral College restored to its organic form, as envisioned by the Founders to balance popular will with state sovereignty and prevent urban dominance or factional tyranny. Each State shall have an odd number of Districts (e.g., 3, 5, 7, apportioned by Population via Census every ten Years, ensuring no ties), with electoral votes equal to its Districts plus two (for Senators). No Person shall be President who shall not have attained the Age of thirty-five Years and been a Citizen for fourteen Years. As Hamilton affirmed in Federalist No. 68: “The process of election affords a moral certainty, that the office of President will never fall to the lot of any man who is not in an eminent degree endowed with the requisite qualifications.”

Section 2: Election Process (Organic Electoral College)

    • District-Based Allocation: Electors shall be appointed by the Citizens of each District, with the Candidate winning the majority of votes in a District securing its electoral vote. The overall State result shall be the aggregate of District wins, avoiding winner-take-all to prevent populous urban areas (e.g., “Chicago or New York City”) from determining the entire State, aligning with Madison’s caution in Federalist No. 10: “A pure democracy… can admit of no cure for the mischiefs of faction.” This granular system encourages broader campaigns, reducing polarization and empowering rural voices.

    • Voting Safeguards and 50% Turnout Mandate: Votes cast via secure blockchain platforms (multilingual, offline options), anonymized with zk-proofs, requiring a minimum 50% turnout of eligible Citizens per District to solidify the People’s voice and ensure legitimacy—psychologically fostering participation by making every vote essential. Abstention counts as explicit dissent; if 50% turnout is not achieved in a District, no electoral vote is awarded, and the People may demand new candidates for a re-election, creating urgency and accountability. As Jefferson noted: “The care of human life and happiness… is the first and only legitimate object of good government.” AI fact-checks provide pro/con Candidate briefs; super-majority (60%) required for disputed counts. No law or election outcome shall stand without this threshold, preventing apathy-driven inertia and reviving the Founders’ emphasis on an engaged citizenry.

    • National Tally: The Candidate with the most electoral votes nationwide, if a majority, shall be President; otherwise, the House (voting by State delegation) chooses from the top three, per original intent to ensure deliberation. Turnout failures at the national level trigger re-nominations, compelling broader engagement.

    • Limits and Education: No foreign emoluments or nobility titles influence elections, enforced via instant claims processes. Civic education modules (10-20 min) on Founders’ intent (e.g., Madison on avoiding “turbulence of democracy”) required for voter certification, institutionalizing vigilance.

    Section 3: Powers
The President shall execute the Laws, command Defense Forces, negotiate Agreements with external entities (if recognized), and appoint Officers with Senate Consent. The President shall have Power to veto Laws, subject to Override by two-thirds of both Houses.

    Section 4: Limits
The President shall serve no more than two Terms, nor act beyond the Powers herein granted. All Actions shall be transparent, recorded on the Public Blockchain. Violations trigger prioritized citizen claims and investigations, with re-elections if turnout mandates reveal public distrust.

    Article III: Judicial

    • Structure/Powers: Supreme/inferior Courts; interpret/annul unconstitutional acts.

    • Limits: Lifetime good behavior; zk-privacy in proceedings; prioritized investigations for claims against officials.

    Article IV: States/Economic

    • Autonomy: Republican state forms; reserved powers.

    • Monetary/Anti-Usury: Gold-backed Digital Treasury Dollar; no usury—only service fees (0.01% max, 50% turnout-approved). Automate agencies via DAOs/smart contracts.

    • Privacy: End-to-end encryption, IPFS, zk-proofs; warrants required.

    • Contracts: Government declares corporate capacity; contract law enforcement only.

    Article V: Rights

    • Fundamentals: Self-determination (via reps/referenda), privacy, non-violence, speech/religion/assembly, arms (defense), due process, no cruel punishment.

    • Citizenship: Voluntary oath, blockchain ID.

    • Bonds/Emoluments: Claim officials’ bonds for violations; prohibit nobility/emoluments.

    • Claims Processes: Citizens have instant, portable access (via app/DAO) to file complaints/claims against officials for oath/law violations; investigations prioritized at local/state/federal levels, ensuring oversight rests with the people.

    Article VI: Anti-Corporate

    • No corporate governance; full blockchain transparency. No lobbying; zk-compliance for regulations.

    Article VII: Amendments

    • Propose (2/3 Congress/States); ratify (3/4 States or 50% turnout referendum, 3/4 majority, 60% super-majority for core). No abridging rights/republican form.

    Article VIII: Limited Government/Investments/Education

Facilitate services only; citizens invest in programs (tokenized returns, approved fees).

    • Civic Education: Mandatory modular sessions (10-20 min, via DAO app): Organic Constitution, Founders’ intent/reasoning (Federalist/Anti-Federalist Papers), Convention cause (e.g., elite overreach like Michigan 1850 changes), digital governance updates, claims processes for violations. Institutionalizes vigilance; voluntary for global adopters.

    Article IX: Supremacy/Global Invite

    • Supreme law; U.S. priority, but amplify as exportable “Global Republic” vision: All peoples can voluntarily adopt, trust, and apply locally—open-source tools for planetary liberty without force.

Proposed Global Republic Bill of Rights

Bill of Rights of the Digital Organic Republic

Amendment I: No abridgment of Speech, Press, Communication (physical/digital), Religion, Assembly, or Petition. Expressions on blockchain with zk-encryption against censorship.

Amendment II: Right to bear Arms for defense, not subversion; digital Assets/Privacy protected equivalently.

Amendment III: Privacy in data/communications/transactions inviolate; no access without zk-consent/warrant, encrypted/decentralized.

Amendment IV: No quartering Agents/Tech without Consent; recorded on blockchain.

Amendment V: Secure against unreasonable Searches/Seizures; warrants specific, on blockchain with zk-protocols.

Amendment VI: Due Process for Life/Liberty/Property (including digital); no self-incrimination, Double Jeopardy, or elite-enriched takings.

Amendment VII: Speedy/public Jury Trial; informed Accusation; confront Witnesses; Counsel; blockchain-transparent/anonymized.

Amendment VIII: Jury in Civil Suits (value set by Congress); no re-examination save Common Law; free from elite influence.

Amendment IX: No excessive Bail/Fines; no cruel Punishments; not serving elites.

Amendment X: Self-Determination via republican institutions, free from coercion; no unchecked direct democracy.

Amendment XI: Enumerated Rights not denying unenumerated ones.

Amendment XII: The Right of Citizens to Vote in elections for representatives and in referenda shall not be denied or abridged by reason of race, sex, creed, or any other status. All such votes require a minimum 50% turnout of all eligible Citizens to be valid, ensuring non-discriminatory and equitable participation in the republican government. If 50% turnout is not achieved, the proposed measure shall not be enacted, or in executive elections, the People shall demand new candidates for re-election. For the Electoral College, votes allocated by odd-numbered Districts per State to prevent urban dominance, as Hamilton praised in Federalist No. 68: ‘It unites… the advantages of immediate choice by the people, and… a judicious mode of ratifying their choice.’ Voting data shall be anonymized via zk-proofs.

Amendment XIII: Freedom from Usury; fees only (0.01% max, 50% turnout-approved); encrypted.

Amendment XIV: Citizen Investment in programs; approved fees fund services; zk-protected assets.

Amendment XV: Peaceful, voluntary society; disputes via institutions; privacy-protected.

Amendment XVI: Claim Officials’ Bonds/Violations; instant app/DAO filings; prioritized probes (local/state/federal) for oversight. Educated via modules.

Amendment XVII: No Nobility/Emoluments without Consent; forfeiture of citizenship/office.

Amendment XVIII: Modular Education (10-20 min) on Constitution/Founders/Convention/Digital Governance/Claims; institutionalizes vigilance. Exportable for global adoption/trust/local application without force.
